Ben is an editorial, commercial and fine art photographer based in New York City. He was born in Louisiana, but spent most of his life in Austin, Texas.

He is best described an an aesthetically diverse photographer by assigning his style to various techniques for each project or commission. His first professional commission captured the style trend of men wearing women’s skinny jeans for the New York Times. Once he was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for his work during Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi.
